Aerotek *Part Time* HR Administrative Assistant in West Columbia, South Carolina

Description:

Aerotek is currently hiring for a PART TIME Administrative Assistant positions in the West Columbia Area working about 30 hours a week.

Job Duties Include, but Not Limited to:

  • Candidates will be supporting the VP’s on site

  • Putting reports together

  • Ordering lunches & room set up

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Responding to emails and answering phones

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Need to have strong experience in Microsoft office, PowerPoint, and excel

  • Need to be personable and professional

  • Must have attention to detail and strong typing skills.

  • Must have strong attendance

  • Must have GED or Highschool diploma

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test

  • Must be willing to submit to a background check
