SC Department of Public Safety Administrative Specialist II - Test Proctor - Kershaw and Main Campus in Sumter County, South Carolina

DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the Testing Coordinator, performs administrative duties related to testing through the Kershaw County Campus Testing Center. Administers placement testing, Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS), WorkKeys, online, makeup testing, and other tests. Generates, compiles, and inputs student information and scores. Ensures test integrity by closely monitoring all testing activities. Provides testing assistance at offsite locations. Contacts prospective and current students to schedule and confirm testing appointments. Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to interact with students, school personnel, and the general public. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and high levels of confidential information. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work a flexible schedule. Some evening and weekends may be required.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree; or High School diploma and two (2) years related work experience. Valid Driver’s license required.
