Job Description

A customer of ours is looking for a top of Recruiting Manager to help grow and innovate their company. If you are someone who embraces challenge, fosters innovation, and desires to make a difference in the world, then let?s talk. You?ll be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods. Building pipelines and succession plans for multiple skill levels: engineering, manufacturing support, sales, admin, shipping and receiving. A fun dynamic group and corporation that needs someone to take their recruiting to the next level. This is a hands on position- you will be the main point of contact for the hiring managers, as well as the applicants, so time management and priotizing is key to your success.

You will manage one additional support person as well as with managing the temporary employee requests/staff as well.
