Position Description:

S4 Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to lead the Help Desk providing 24/7/365(6) on-site Help Desk support operations. The Help Desk receives all calls, walk-ins, e-mails and generate open trouble tickets and initiate the resolution process. The senior staff will ensure the logging, filtering, and routing of service request to experts. Expect to manage processing at least 500 trouble tickets per week. This is in support of the U.S. Army Central as it conducts shaping operations in the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1-3 Help Desk support:

  • Perform and complete configuration for: workstations; docking stations; printers; monitors; zero client hardware; VoIP instruments; AV control devices; and external CAC readers and their interoperability requirements to provide connectivity to the network

  • Shall perform SIPRNET PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) as Enhanced Trusted Agent (ETA), and Trust Agents (TA) duties and responsibilities to accomplish the goal of issuing SIPRNET PKI tokens to USARCENT SIPRNET users (CONUS)

  • Provide technical managerial support for the USARCENT Defense Enterprise Provisioning Online (DEPO) enterprise email support for users' NIPRNET and SIPRNET accounts

Required Skills:

  • Ability to multitask between helping customers, assigning priorities and answering correspondence

  • Ability to leads others on the help Desk and manage scheduling and personnel needs

  • Knowledge of military Networks, especially Army, a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570.01-M, IAT Level II certified

  • Two-year college degree in any field

  • 1+ years of experience in Help Desk Operations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Army IT background maintaining desktops, laptops and Help Desk functions
