Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Management. IT background/experience can be substituted for education requirements.

Position Description:

S4 Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to serve as primary point of contact for all contractual actions to and from the COR. The Program Manager shall have overall responsibility for the successful performance of the task order, including management of contract personnel (administration, life support, Contractor conduct/discipline, etc.), USARCENT daily network and systems administration operations and help desk support. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful maintenance and support of classified and unclassified networks, including SIPRNET, NIPRNET, CENTCOM Partner Networks, and the Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS) and up to three additional networks (e.g. CPN-X, BICES) within USARCENT buildings. This is in support of the U.S. Army Central as it conducts shaping operations in the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactive in developing and implementing Government approved strategies that significantly reduce network/system risk

  • Considered a technical resource in addressing contractual requirements to meet mission needs

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the USARCENT mission needs in order to provide the required technical guidance and understanding in addressing contractual requirements

  • Clearly communicate all issues to the customer to meet the required satisfaction standards and actively monitor the customer's satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lead a dynamic and diverse IT workforce

  • Diverse background in IT skills, to include extensive knowledge in areas of Information Technology to include ITIL-Foundation, VMware, System Administration and Information Assurance

  • Must be able to express complex ideas in both written and verbal formats, and comply with Army correspondence policy and procedures

  • Familiarity with RMF policies and procedures

  • Experience managing similar programs of equal or greater size

  • Knowledge of military Networks, especially Army, a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • A 4-year college degree in an IT related field. An amount of experience can be substituted for education requirements

  • Three years of experience in Program Management and three years of experience in System Administration

Desired Qualifications:

  • Army IT support experience
