We're looking for an enthusiastic Well-Being Data Coordinator for our Richland County office who monitors and processes bills and service documents; monitors and processes individual contracts with regard to accuracy, timeliness and budgetary compliance; enters all data on lead and other lead clients and prepares reports for management team when needed; maintains regional office inventory of supplies and materials; and provides technical assistance support to office staff when needed.
The Well-Being Data Coordinator provides administrative support to the Well-Being Team.
Enters in all placement changes for specialized placements approved for ISCEDC, Special Needs and PLAS for Well-Being Team region. Notifies the Regional Contract Administrator of all therapeutic placement changes. Processes all Service Tracking Forms submitted by the Well-Being Team or placement changes.
Assists the Well-Being Team with ISEDEC case consultation schedules and generates office reports as requested by management team.
Processes provider invoices for therapeutic clients; code invoices and financial documents to ensure appropriate account designation; contact service providers to resolve billing problems.
Maintains inventory of supplies and materials for Well-Being Team with regard to budgetary compliance; completes appropriate DSS requisitions to order supplies; pay monthly office bills. Participates in training and supervisory meetings or staffings as required.
Performs Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A High School Diploma and (6) months of experience in computer data entry.
Experience with computer data entry, knowledge of advanced applications of word processing and spreadsheet software, and excellent communication skills.
