Aerotek HR Generalist in North Charleston, South Carolina
Looking to hire an Human Resources Generalist for a new logistics company in Ladson, SC. This will be their first U.S. warehouse and operation, and the Generalist will be the second hire at the location, after the Operations Manager.
The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for HR compliance,
benefits administration, payroll, and recruiting coordination. In addition, they will assist with ad
hoc projects such as assisting in the transition of the headquarters to Charleston.
3 years' experience working in a Human Resources department.
First-hand experience administering payroll and benefits.
Confident in all laws, regulations and best practices for HR compliance.
Strong attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A track record of taking on new responsibilities with proven success.
This is a direct placement position paying $55k-65k/year. Looking to interview as soon as possible!
