Humana Senior Consumer Experience Professional in Lancaster, South Carolina
The Senior Consumer Experience Professional will be focused on leading multiple projects / feature improvements of the Humana Government beneficiary digital interactions. The consumer experience team is geared to providing excellent service to our Beneficiaries. This associate can optimized interactions between the customer, business and IT from creation to implementation. This Sr. Consumer Experience Professional with effectively collaborate with multiple groups on a variety of project as well as creatively developing and implementing improvements to the mobile application and beneficiary self-service portals.
Provide effective leadership and collaboration to create, develop, and implement continuous improvements to the Humana Government mobile application and web base portal
Managing 10-20 projects focus on system and consumer experience of the mobile application from creation to implementation
Write business requirements to effectively and efficiently communicate proper changes to business groups for improvement adjusts to the mobile application.
Assist in the UAT testing to ensure the Benefactors experience meets expectations
Continuously researching and reviewing industry trends to insure Humana is remaining a leader within the industry.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of similar experience
5 + years of experience in within consumer operations or a similar type of role
2+ years of experience leading and collaboration on process improvement projects
Prior experience or knowledge with writing technical requirements based on business needs
Prior experience with UAT testing
Must be a US Citizen
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
2+ years of experience writing technical requirements based on business needs
Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and tends
Humana Government experience is a plus
