  • Creating implementation plans for improvements, including the provision of detailed routes schedules

  • Generating and/or approving reports for predictive maintenance date collection analysis by using technologies such as thermal/infrared imaging, ultrasound assessments, vibration analysis, ballbar testing laser alignment

  • Developing specific predictive maintenance strategies detailed plans and identifying test points for sites and assets inside the customer's facility

  • Establishing techniques and procedures and interpreting codes, standards specifications

  • Designating the particular non-destructive testing methods, techniques procedures to be used

  • Implementing, coordinating and monitoring the application of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures

  • Training Predictive Maintenance Technicians in the use of other predictive tools equipment

  • Assisting with interpretation of test data

  • Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and making adjustments to increase the value of our offerings

  • Working with site managers and planners to develop the basis of a reliability maintenance program

  • Creating, reviewing approving professional reports and detailed training manuals


  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products

  • Skilled in use of electronic and mechanical measuring equipment

  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance activities

  • Have or be working toward Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Level I certification in Ultrasound, Thermo/Infrared and Vibration.

  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environment and predictive maintenance activities
