As a team, we're committed to delivering on the Massage Envy brand promise—we help you take care of you—every day to clients and employees alike. As the connector between the franchise owner, franchise staff, and clients, you're the leader of the mission, bringing everyone together to work cohesively toward that goal. Daily work in this role includes:
Able to split time between the three locations depending on need and office availability (Verdae, Pelham, and Downtown Greeville locations)
Flexible schedule; able to work at least one weekday evening and weekend day per week.
Able to perform front desk administrative duties and assist in training
Manage relationships with business partners (including bookkeeping, insurance and payroll firms) and vendors and provide necessary information in a timely manner
Oversee/audit bank and credit card accounts
Order office and spa supplies at best prices
Manage collection and submission of all receipts and invoices
Ensure all bills are paid on time
Process any client chargebacks from banks
Process all charitable contribution requests in coordination with owners
Monitor and process cash deposits
Coordinate and schedule employee anniversary lunches monthly in coordination with franchisees and managers
Schedule/ manage company calendars
Retail inventory security, tracking, control and reordering
Optimize office efficiency to reduce expenses
Enforce office cleanliness and orderliness
Process mail and email and ensure any required follow up
Oversee all clinic janitorial/maintenance/repairs
Monitor social media accounts
Maintain lock and key control
Assist managers with meetings, events, shopping, and holiday setup and take down
Maintain all renewals: salon licenses, Labor Law posters, business registration renewals, commercial insurance policies, submitting Corporate PL and yearly Worker's Comp audits
Handle any miscellaneous administrative or management duties as required
Maintain and submit daily reports to franchisees and managers
