Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, HTM Forensic Analysis to support the Healthcare Technology Management Field Service group. This is a virtual role covering HTM accounts nationally. Must be willing to travel.
The Senior Manager, HTM Forensic Analysis provides a comprehensive review of clients current and previous years spend. Will work with clients to create a baseline analysis of their current healthcare technology spend. Works in parallel with the Solutions Architect to ensure inventory and costs match accordingly and identify areas that need more clarity. Will provide forecasts for stub year items such as warranty of lack of contract payments. In addition, will assess other critical cost specific items to include service contracts, depreciation schedules, staffing costs, shop costs, invoice verification, etc.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze client financial/accounting data to compile a comprehensive value of client spend
Review and analyze service contracts for service strategy opportunity
Review payroll data to assist in labor cost optimization
Implement cost tracking system to monitor contract commitments
Assist Solution Design with baseline data
Skills and Knowledge Preferred
Healthcare accounting systems
Audit process and procedures
Familiarity with healthcare clinical technology vendors
Strong accounting knowledge
Data analysis / interpretation
Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel
Supply management contracts and / or client contracts
Relationship building / management
Customer service orientation

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
