Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

We are hiring for two Officer positions to support the Strategy and India/Philippines Expansion team in IT&V. These positions will support the Regulatory Requirements Action Plan Leader and the Strategic Planning and Communications Leader. These positions will directly support the Regulatory Requirements Action Plan work including but not limited to, participation in governance and audit routines, creating and maintaining project artifacts and collaborating with deliverable owners to ensure timely completion of milestones and tasks. These roles will also support strategic planning and communications, including preparation of presentation materials for use throughout IT&V, coordination with LOB execution teams and implementing change management and communications plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 7+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in risk management

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Audit Testing and Validation Background experience

  • Strong experience in Audit, Compliance Risk & Testing

  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills

  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
