PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Fort Mill, SC

Summary of key responsibilities:

1. Support regional sales leaders in weekly Forecast pulls, SFDC reporting, and Adhoc requests

2. Monitor progress of KPI’s such as visit trends, Training completion, Key Account plans using dashboards and SFDC reporting

3. Provide Sales Support in weekly regional staff calls, and various administrative duties

4. Assist with entering Commission Tickets to ensure timely and accurate pay for reps

5. Lead weekly Software pipeline review, and follow up on rail actions

Qualities that we look for in this position:

1. Associate degree or its equivalent with 1-2 years Sales support experience

2. Must have SFDC experience

3. Ability to follow prewritten operating procedures with limited supervision.

4. Self-motivated/driven and goal oriented
