Kelly Services is hiring for an Human Resources Supervisor in Florence, SC!
Minimum of 5-years of human resources experience working in a manufacturing and human resources environment.
Strong background in employee relations issues.
Demonstrated bilingual Spanish speaking/translation ability preferred.
Thorough understanding of federal, state and local laws.
Excellent organizational skills SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Experience in HRIS software Ultimate preferred
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field required 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably food manufacturing Job
