Maintenance Supervisor

Are you the go-to problem solver on the production floor when it comes to machinery? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with the know-how to improve every aspect of how to lead a team of maintenance technicians make necessary adjustments. With your broad knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance you will keep machines running and your team happy!

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead a team of maintenance technicians

  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, equipment tear downs for cleaning, and thorough equipment inspections.

  • PM, repair, and optimize the operation of cutters, vertical baggers, scales, bin dumpers, conveyors, etc.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • manual lifting up to 75lbs
