Job summary: This is a central research administration position, reporting to the CTMS Program Manager in the Office of Clinical Research (OCR) under the Office for the Vice President for Research. Front facing position to coordinate, organize and prioritize Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) office activities including inquiries, meetings and reports and providing back-up and support to other CTMS personnel. This position will serve as the initial point of contact for the CTMS Office including receiving calls and emails, providing user support, tracking metrics and creating reports, coordinating the logistics for the CTMS Governance meetings and leadership/stakeholder presentations, College/Department/HCC focus and working groups, subcommittees and other meetings as required including identifying place and time for meetings, coordinating attendees’ schedules, developing and distributing agendas and minutes, and other duties as required. Support CTMS Program Manager, Coordinator and Trainer personnel and perform business analyst responsibilities as appropriate.

Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 5: $33,494.00 - $47,734.00 - $61,975.00 (min - mid - max)

FLSA: Hourly

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree and one year relevant program experience.

Additional Knowledge, Skill and Ability Preferred: Experience in research or a health-related field, such as clinical research coordinator, laboratory technician, research nurse, research or grants administration preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered for candidates without a bachelor’s degree.Possesses strong project management, critical thinking abilities and organizational skills. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft office required.
