H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will oversee the scrum and lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
The ServiceNow Scrum Master responsibilities will include:
Use ServiceNow SAFe to manage all aspects of the Agile development process
Perform project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories into epics and sprints
Plan, schedule, conduct, participate in meetings including release planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives etc.
Develop dashboards, reports to aid in close monitoring of the project (e.g., burndown charts, schedule reports)
Interview user community, address questions and concerns
Facilitate horizontal communication across team member to identify any impediments that may prevent progress while working mitigation plans as needed
Certified Scrum Master
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
Experience managing disparate/ virtual teams
Experience in ServiceNow, particularly SAFe
ITIL Foundations (preferred)
IT acumen sufficient to understand the tasking of the team (e.g., ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Office 365, Web Development, Process Automation)
Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a Final U.S. SECRET security clearance
