Sentar is currently seeking an ambitious and outgoing individual to support our Charleston office. This is not your typical coordinator role! We are a very fast paced office and need someone who will thrive in our environment. As is typical of a small business, each employee wears a number of different hats and is willing to jump in and help whenever necessary. Even our CEO does dishes in the kitchen! As a result, we need someone who is adaptable and able to juggle a number of different tasks at once. We want someone who wants to grow a career at Sentar. Ideally this will be a full time position, but for the right candidate, we could do part time.

  • Serve as a full life-cycle technical recruiter supporting various government contracts.

  • Develop boolean search strings to source resumes from job boards.

  • Cold call candidates to gauge interest and fit for technical positions.

  • Schedule and facilitate technical interviews with qualified candidates.

  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates through the entire recruiting and on boarding process.

  • Manage overall office activities to include:

  • Greeting guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.

  • Planning monthly lunches, office trainings, events and outings, etc.

  • Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supply inventory.

  • Assist with copying, scanning, and faxing.

  • Preparing expense reports after travel completed.

  • Managing conference rooms.

  • Managing relationship with the landlord and coordinating whenever assistance is needed

  • Proofing corporate, marketing and external documents.

  • Assist with monthly reporting for customers.

  • The nature of the work requires increasing independence; this individual receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct "customers" of the process.

Job Requirements:

  • The desire to jump in and grow with a small business

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

  • At least one year of recruiting or sales experience

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook.)

  • A proven ability to multi-task

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills and an excellent phone etiquette

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
