Title:

LCV NORTHCOM JBC: Operations Coordinator

Under general supervision, assists Site Operations team with data collection, processing, validation and verification. Prepares and completes contractual required reports. Creates and updates project presentations. Administrative skills required to include but not limited to effective planning and organization of meetings with agendas. Preparation of meeting minutes for distribution through SharePoint AAR/MFR platform.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English

  • Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access)

  • Required to produce professional internal and external communique

  • Documents site activities via photographs to include construction projects and other Operations & Maintenance activities

  • Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system preferred

  • Must be capable of working all shift schedules (day, mid-day, night)

  • NAC-I Required

  • Performs other duties as required

Additional requirements:

  • Must possess driver’s license with at least six months of remaining validity

  • Must be able to travel throughout the United States to locations for extended periods and the successful candidate must meet KBR and Government mandated pre-deployment requirements but not limited to: drug screening, medical screening, dental release, and criminal background check
