LCV NORTHCOM JBC: Facility Supervisor

  • Position serves as a facilities supervisor for Setting the Theater Task Order under the LOGCAP NORTHCOM Geographical Combatant Command. This position provides oversight at Joint Base Charleston or other locations across the United States, as directed by the Task Order Manager, for the oversight of facilities and other base life support service activities. Facility supervisor will report to the NORTHCOM Task Order Manager.

  • Facility Supervisor will have overall responsibility for their assigned site. Will oversee the sites and is responsible for the setup of all site activated services, to include utilities, power, all furniture. The individual will perform quality control over subcontract work and execute service receiving documents that the subcontractor performed to the requirement. The supervisor will monitor safety of the subcontractors and others in the area. The individual will establish the property folder as well as complete KBR documentation as it relates to KBR health, environmental and safety requirements.

  • As the KBR representative on site, the facility supervisor will interface with the customer, DPW management, maintenance subcontractor(s), as well as local entities for permit requirements.

  • Also responsible for planning, managing and resolving customer requests and inquiries related to the operations that occur on site which may include facilities planning, design, construction, allocation of facilities and furniture, janitorial, landscaping, movement services and maintenance or repair activities. Applies policies, procedures and best practice processes to support facilities management and base life support activities. Under general direction, supervises and reviews for accuracy and effectiveness within a specialized function. Performs complex assignments and fulfills broad responsibilities where compulsory outcomes are defined, but methods and procedures may vary based on judgment or precedent. Coordinates the work of others on assignments and allocates work to and assists less experienced team members. Will work other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to travel throughout the United States to locations for extended periods and the successful candidate must meet KBR and Government mandated pre-deployment requirements but not limited to: drug screening, medical screening, dental release, and criminal background check
